CREDIT APPLICATION INFORMATION AND POLICIES
We hereby apply for a credit account with your company and agree to comply with the following terms & conditions and certify that the information contained herein is complete and accurate.

Payment shall settled within the “Credit Term Period” of the date of the invoice / debit notes and time is of the essence in this respect.

When the credit limit is exceeded, the excess amount should be settled immediately.

If fail to pay as aforesaid, we can at our sole discretion to charge interest on the amount outstanding from the date of the monthly statements at the rate of 3% per month.

We may at our sole discretion to close your credit account without prior notice and in which event you shall immediately pay the balance.

You agree to pay all legal costs and disbursements incurred by us in recovering amounts due by you on a full indemnity basis.

If you fail to use our service for a continued period of 3 months, you understand new Business Credit Application to be submitted.
