Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find our updated shipping information and instructions below. It is imperative that these instructions are followed strictly, as deviations may affect shipping rates and result in additional fees. We reserve the right to charge the shipper for any extra costs incurred due to incorrect booking or non-compliance.

Service type

Shipment Service: International Economy

Please DO NOT select “International Priority & First” and “Saturday Delivery”.

Shipment Information

Total Value for Customs: Use the value stated on the Commercial Invoice

Total Declared Value for Carriage: This must be left BLANK or set to 0.  FedEx charges a 10% premium on this value; any such fees will be billed back to the shipper.

Packing Guidelines

1. ​Weight Limit: Maximum 25 kgs per carton

2. Size Limit: Total dimensions must not exceed 266 

((Shortest 1 + Shortest 2)*2) + Longest = > 266cm

i.e 30 x 60 x 80

((30+60)*2)+80=260cm​

Additional Instructions

1. Consolidated AWB: Use only one (1) Air Waybill (AWB) per shipment, regardless of the number of cartons.  Separate AWBs for the same shipment are not permitted.

2. Handling: Do not add special instructions such as Non-stackable or Weekend Delivery...etc.

3. Freight Type: Pack as Non-Palletized / Loose Cartons only.​
